Tax forms and Free Tax Preparation Sites

Tax forms:

HML has 1040 forms and instructions available to pick-up at the library.

Federal tax forms are available virtually via the IRS website HERE.

CT state tax forms for the 2022 tax year are available on the CT Department of Revenue’s website HERE.

Current HML policy is that printing tax forms is free of charge at the library; we cannot provide instructional booklets at this time.
