STEM Club – Wednesday November 20 at 4:30pm – The Science of Butter Churning

Have you ever wondered how milk gets turned into butter? Well wonder no more; this week during STEM Club, we’ll be exploring the science behind butter churning! Club-goers will have the chance to make and sample freshly churned butter, before taking their tasty creations home to enjoy during their holiday feasts!

STEM Club is a special collaborative event with students from East Haven High School that is held every third Wednesday of the month.
