Join Hagaman Library’s Science Fiction Book Club on Tuesday, March 3 at 6:00 p.m. (on Zoom) to discuss Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card.

Ender’s Game (1985) by Orson Scott Card is a seminal military science fiction novel following Andrew “Ender” Wiggin, a brilliant child recruited by the International Fleet to train for a future alien invasion. Sent to orbiting Battle School, Ender endures extreme isolation and simulated war games to become a tactical genius. He ultimately defeats the “buggers” in a final, deceptive battle, only to realize it was not a simulation, leaving him to grapple with the guilt of unintended xenocide and the weight of his actions.
