COVID-19 Updates:

UPDATE AS OF 2/14/2022:

Effective Monday, February 14, 2022, per the East Haven Administration and Management Department and the Hagaman Memorial Library Board of Trustees: wearing face masks inside the library building is not required. Those who choose to wear face masks inside the building out of concern for the health and well being of themselves, others, and employees can certainly do so. Face masks can be requested at one of the library circulation desks.

UPDATE ON MEETING ROOM USE AND LIBRARY PROGRAM GUIDELINES AS OF 3/17/22:

Effective Thursday, March 17, 2022, per the Hagaman Memorial Library Board of Trustees, the room capacities for each of the library’s three meeting rooms have returned to what they were before the Covid-19 pandemic:

There are three meeting rooms available for public use by groups:

DeMayo Room: Located on ground floor Seating Capacity 70

Wheelchair accessible entrance and bathroom

Community Room: Located on ground floor Seating capacity 70

Not wheelchair accessible

Board Room:

Located on the top floor (rotunda) Seating capacity 12

Not wheelchair accessible

Also, as of 3/17/22, per the Hagaman Memorial Library Board of Trustees, food and beverages are now allowed in the library’s three meeting rooms.
