Adult Summer Reading Contest 2026!

Whether you’re a beach bunny or hiding out in the air conditioning for the next few months, Hagaman Library is greeting the season and ready to welcome all readers this summer during our 2026 Plant a Seed and Read Summer Reading Games! Why should the kids have all the fun?!

Starting next month, when you return your books to Main Circulation, you’ll Rate Your Read, turn it in to the desk staff, and this will be your raffle ticket for cool prizes throughout the season!

Below is the prize drawing schedule:

• Monday, July 13th: Summertime Swag Raffle Basket
• Monday, August 10th: $15 Gift Certificate to Jennifer’s Ice Cream
• Friday, August 24th: $25 Gift Certificate to Twin Pines Diner
• Grand Finale Prize to the Reader That’s Read the Most Throughout the Summer: $50 to the Sandpiper Restaurant, to be announced on Tuesday, September 8th
